Cancellations

Guests can cancel their booking online up to a specified time period prior to arrival by clicking a link containing a special code in their initial booking email. A cancellation reason must be given. Both the accommodation and the guest receive email confirmation of the cancellation.

Install Of Booking Link On Your Website

If you have an existing website we may be able to to make the link to the booking engine for you rather than you having to contact your usual web developers.

We can do this provided that you are able to provide access details to your website and that the website is not composed entirely in Flash.

Booking Start and End on Specific Week Days

You can choose to have a specific arrival/departure weekday for bookings. For instance a bed and breakfast may want guests to arrive and leave on a Saturday and any other day of the week would be problematic for them.
